Chianti Classico is a region of select vineyards within Chianti. 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot and Syrah, aged in oak for ten months. Medium bodied and acidic, flavors and aromas of ripe red berries with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, black pepper and vanilla. Try it with meat anti pasti, beef or white bean stew with sausage and kale.
