This slighlty sparkling delightfully sweet but not cloying red is only produced in the tiny northwestern Italian region of Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardy. Light flavors and aromas of grape soda, strawberries and a hint of cinnamon. Enjoy with bleu chesses, paté, ice cream or chocolate.
