75% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. This red might sometimes be called a 'claret' - a generic term developed in 1700's Britain to designate a red Bordeaux. It's medium-bodied and smooth with flavors and aromas of blueberry and strawberry jam, hints of cocoa and vanilla. It's a terrific table wine, that's great with beef, poultry, pork, swordfish or shrimp.
