The word “classic” is overused but this is indeed a classic rosé from Provence. Blend of 40% Cinsault, 40% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, crisp and refreshing with flavors and aromas of strawberry juice and dried cranberries. Great on its own or with light salads, pastas, fish and rice dishes or goats' cheeses.
