Wines from the Quincy region are comparable to those from nearby Sancerre, but at a lower price point. Crisp, light and dry with flavors and aromas of grapefruit, lemon and lime with acidity and minerals. Enjoyable on its own. Pairs great with with fish, light meat or green salads.
