Made with indigenous grape Ruchè which is only grown in a few areas around the Piemonte region. Medium to full bodied, flavors and aromas of red cherries, peaches and a hint of hazelnuts. Nice on its own, or enjoy with beef, lamb or northwest Italian specialties such as meat filled ravioli sage and butter sauce.
