This fun, mildly effervescent Chardonnay from northeastern Italy is probably unlike any wine you have ever had. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this delightfully fizzy white is dry with flavors and aromas of green apples, honeydew melon and a touch of cream. Enjoyable on its own as an aperitif or try it with light appetizers, sushi, quiche or young, soft cheeses.
