White Burgundy is practically synonymous with Chardonnay, however there are some other white Burgundies such as this Aligoté. Flavors and aromas green apple, lemon and orange blossom. Often used to make a Kir cocktail with crème de cassis. Pairs well with oysters, goat cheese and poultry.
