Not to be confused for Muscat, Muscadet wines are made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape in the eastern Loire Valley. Said to be the ultimate shellfish wine, this dry white has lots of lemon flavor, acidity and minerals. Great well chilled on its own or with light dishes of salad, chicken or fish.
