From the cool climate of California's Central Coast, this Sauvignon Blanc is not quite as dry as its French cousins nor is it as fruity as those from New Zealand. Flavors and aromas of grapefruit, white peach and green grass. It's nice well chilled on its own or with seafood, garden salads or with creamy summer squash risotto.
