Vermentino is native to the Mediterranean coast of northern Italy the island of Sardinia and southern France.Now, it is most closely identified with Sardinia and coastal Tuscany. Flavors and aromas of tangerine and grapefruit with notes of mint. Nice on its own or with fish, poultry, sharp, chalky cheeses and garden salads.
