This blend of native Italian grapes 45% Corvina, 25% Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, 5% Molinaro are the grapes which go in to Amarone but without the concentrated grape process of Amarone which results in a relatively light bodied wine. Flavors and aromas of dried cranberries, plum and red apples. Serve slightly chilled on its own or with salmon, beef and pasta marinara.
