Fiano is an ancient grape variety found in southern Italy's Campania region. Light bodied with notes of green apple, tangerine and acidity on the finish. Enjoy as an aperitif, with soft cheeses such as Mozzarella di Bufala and also excellent with shellfish and light seafood.
