Populis is part of the emerging 'natural wine movement' so it's made with very minimal processes. It is probably unlike any wine you have ever tasted. Organically grown, fermented on its skins with wild yeast it's unfiltered and unfined. Flavors and aromas of grapefruit, rosemary and thyme. Drinks nicely on its own, with garden salads, sushi and green curries.
